COVID-19 Updates for Sinton Municipal Court

On June 1, 2021, the Sinton Municipal Court will begin in-person proceedings using minimum standard health protocols that are consistent with CDC guidelines and the Texas Supreme Court’s 38th Emergency Order.

All 2020 court cases will be re-scheduled.  You may receive a court date by phone and/or regular mail depending on the contact information available to the Court. Due to the large backlog of pending cases it may be several weeks before you receive a notice of reset. You will be afforded the opportunity to arrange an alternate court setting by mail or in person.
